Lost your items to a hacker? Deleted your character but now you want it back? The Dekaron Premium Services are here!

Effective November 17, 2008, item recovery requests will be a paid service. Players must pay the corresponding fees for Item Recovery Requests before these can be processed.

Players are reminded to be cautious with their account information as 95% of hackings are performed by account sharers, a.k.a. "pilots".
